Seafood Salad with Ponzu Dressing



½ cupMy choice honey
½ cuplemon juice
3 tbsshoyu
1 tbssesame seed oil

1 pkgMy choice salad mix
100 gfresh salmon, sliced
100 gfresh tuna, sliced
75 gcooked octopus , thinly sliced
3 tbstobiko (flying fish roe)
3 tbsshaved bonito
2 tbstoasted white sesame seeds


  1. In mixing bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, shoyu and sesame seed oil together, set aside.
  2. In a serving plate, arrange mixed salad, salmon, tuna, octopus, tobiko, shaved bonito and sesame seeds. Serve the salad with ponzu dressing.
