Seafood Salad with Ponzu Dressing



½ cup My choice honey
½ cup lemon juice
3 tbs shoyu
1 tbs sesame seed oil

1 pkg My choice salad mix
100 g fresh salmon, sliced
100 g fresh tuna, sliced
75 g cooked octopus , thinly sliced
3 tbs tobiko (flying fish roe)
3 tbs shaved bonito
2 tbs toasted white sesame seeds


  1. In mixing bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, shoyu and sesame seed oil together, set aside.
  2. In a serving plate, arrange mixed salad, salmon, tuna, octopus, tobiko, shaved bonito and sesame seeds. Serve the salad with ponzu dressing.
