Nicoise Salad
Ingredients
Vinaigrette
3 tbsp | Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar |
1 tbsp | Whole grain mustard |
100 ml | Cooking for Fun Turkish extra virgin organic olive oil |
3 tbsp | Onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | Garlic, minced |
3 tbsp | Parsley, chopped |
¼ tsp | Salt |
1 pinch | Black pepper |
Salad
100 g | Cooking for Fun mixed salad greens |
8 fillets | Anchovy |
1 | Cooking for Fun potato, medium size, boiled and cut into small pieces |
20 g | Green bean, blanched |
2 | Tomatoes, small size, quartered |
10 pcs | Quail eggs, boiled |
1 can | Tuna |
Method
- Mix together entire vinaigrette in mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss mixed salad with the vinaigrette and place it on the plate. Place the rest of ingredients on the salad and drizzle with some more vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
