Nicoise Salad



3 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
100 ml Cooking for Fun Turkish extra virgin organic olive oil
3 tbsp Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
3 tbsp Parsley, chopped
¼ tsp Salt
1 pinch Black pepper

100 g Cooking for Fun mixed salad greens
8 fillets Anchovy
1 Cooking for Fun potato, medium size, boiled and cut into small pieces
20 g Green bean, blanched
2 Tomatoes, small size, quartered
10 pcs Quail eggs, boiled
1 can Tuna


  1. Mix together entire vinaigrette in mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Toss mixed salad with the vinaigrette and place it on the plate. Place the rest of ingredients on the salad and drizzle with some more vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
