Char-Broiled Baked Rice


1 pkg Yamie clay pot rice
330 ml water
5 pcs Hup Chong BBQ pork
2 tbsp spring onion, chopped


  1. Cook Yamie clay pot rice mixture and water in rice cooker.
  2. Thinly slice Hup Chong BBQ pork.
  3. When the rice is cooked, transfer the rice in a clay pot and top with sliced Hup Chong BBQ pork.
  4. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve immediately.
