Char-Broiled Baked Rice
Ingredients
1 pkg | Yamie clay pot rice |
330 ml | water |
5 pcs | Hup Chong BBQ pork |
2 tbsp | spring onion, chopped |
Method
- Cook Yamie clay pot rice mixture and water in rice cooker.
- Thinly slice Hup Chong BBQ pork.
- When the rice is cooked, transfer the rice in a clay pot and top with sliced Hup Chong BBQ pork.
- Sprinkle with spring onion and serve immediately.
