Char-Broiled Baked Rice
|1 pkg||Yamie clay pot rice|
|5 pcs||Hup Chong BBQ pork|
|2 tbsp||spring onion, chopped|
- Cook Yamie clay pot rice mixture and water in rice cooker.
- Thinly slice Hup Chong BBQ pork.
- When the rice is cooked, transfer the rice in a clay pot and top with sliced Hup Chong BBQ pork.
- Sprinkle with spring onion and serve immediately.
