Grape Granita


1 ½ cup  Red grapes
1 ½ cup Black grapes
1/3 cup Tops sugar
1 Lemon, squeezed

1. Mix red and black grapes with sugar and squeezed
lemon in a blender. Blend all ingredients at high
speed for 2 minutes until well mixed. filter
grape fires with colander.

2. Pour filtered grape juice in a stainless bowl or
in a baking tray and freeze it in a freezer. After
30 minutes, remove the bowl from the freezer,
stir the juice thoroughly, and put it in the freezer
again. Repeat this process for 2-3 hours and
let the juice be frozen in the freezer. Then use a
fork to grate all the frozen juice until it becomes
ice flakes.

3. When the granita is all grated into ice flakes,
put them in a food container and keep it in
the freezer for 2 hours or overnight. Serve.
