Crab Fettuccine with Chili & Parsley
|400 g||Cooking for fun fettuccine pasta|
|4 tbs||Cooking for fun olive oil|
|1||Red cayenne pepper, seeded|
and fiely chopped
|2 cloves||Garlic, chopped|
|200 g||Cooking for fun crab meat|
|3 tbs||Cooking for fun crab meat for garnish|
|5 tbs||White wine|
|1 tbs||Lemon juice|
|2-3 bunches||Parsley chopped|
|Salt & pepper to taste|
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.Add a pinch of
salt. Cook the pasta according to the time
indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain
the pasta and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add in the pepper and garlic and cook until
fragrant.Then turn up the heat and add in
white wine. Let the mixture reduce then lower
the heat. Add in the crab meat and stir well.
Over low heat, cook until the mixture thickens.
3. Add in the pasta and stir to coat the pasta
4. Turn off the heat; add in the parsley; season
with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to your liking.
Once well mixed, transfer onto a plate and
garnish with crab meat and a drizzle of olive oil.
ready to serve.
