Pasta Salad Skewer


200 g. Cooking for Fun, Penne Rigate pasta
10 Cooking for Fun white shrimps peeled with tails, cooked
½ red bell peppers
½ yellow bell peppers
1 tbs cherry tomatoes
Italian basil
Italian dressing


  1. Boil shrimps until they are cooked. Boil Penne as instructed on a package. Set aside.
  2. Cut red and yellow bell peppers into 1×1 inch. Clean Italian basil and tomato. Set aside
  3. Put bell peppers, Penne pasta, cooked shrimps, Italian basil and tomatoes on skewers. Add Italian dressing before serving.
