Kimchi noodle soup


2 packs Samyang Kimchi Ramen/td>
3 tbsp Tops vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
200 g Natural Meat pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
8 cups water
3 tbsp Tops soy sauce
2 cups cabbage kimchi, roughly chopped
2 tbsp ginger, grated
50 g shitake mushroom
½ cup firm tofu, cut into
1 inch square
1 cup baby bok choi
¼ cup spring onion, thiniy sliced
2 tbsp sesame oil


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pot. Sauté garlic until soft. Add pork and sesame oil sauté about 3 minutes
  2. Add water, soy sauce and ginger .Bring to simmer about 15 minute add all vegetable and cook for 3 minute. Add Samyang Kimchi Remen Noodle.
  3. Serve kimchi noodle in large bowl, on top with spring onion and sesame seed.
