Stir-Fried Tofu with Holy Basil
Ingredients
1 tsp | vegetable oil |
1 tbs | chopped garlic |
2 tsp | chopped bird’s eye chili |
1 piece | Tops yellow soft tofu |
½ cup | baby corn, halved |
½ cup | string bean, cut into 2 inch length |
½ cup | oyster mushroom, shredded |
½ cup | vegetable stock |
1 tbs | oyster sauce |
1 tbs | Tops soy sauce |
1 tsp | honey |
1 cup | holy basil leaves |
Method
- Heat oil in frying pan, sauté chopped garlic, bird’s eye chili until fragrant.
- Add tofu, baby corn, string bean and oyster mushroom ;stir fry for 2 minutes. Seasoning with oyster sauce, soy sauce and honey. add vegetable stock, stir in holy basil and remove from the heat. Transfer in serving plate and serve with steamed rice.
