Stir-Fried Tofu with Holy Basil


1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tbs chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped bird’s eye chili
1 piece Tops yellow soft tofu
½ cup baby corn, halved
½ cup string bean, cut into 2 inch length
½ cup oyster mushroom, shredded
½ cup vegetable stock
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs Tops soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 cup holy basil leaves


  1. Heat oil in frying pan, sauté chopped garlic, bird’s eye chili until fragrant.
  2. Add tofu, baby corn, string bean and oyster mushroom ;stir fry for 2 minutes. Seasoning with oyster sauce, soy sauce and honey. add vegetable stock, stir in holy basil and remove from the heat. Transfer in serving plate and serve with steamed rice.
