Stir-Fried Tofu with Holy Basil


1 tspvegetable oil
1 tbschopped garlic
2 tspchopped bird’s eye chili
1 pieceTops yellow soft tofu
½ cupbaby corn, halved
½ cupstring bean, cut into 2 inch length
½ cupoyster mushroom, shredded
½ cupvegetable stock
1 tbsoyster sauce
1 tbsTops soy sauce
1 tsphoney
1 cupholy basil leaves


  1. Heat oil in frying pan, sauté chopped garlic, bird’s eye chili until fragrant.
  2. Add tofu, baby corn, string bean and oyster mushroom ;stir fry for 2 minutes. Seasoning with oyster sauce, soy sauce and honey. add vegetable stock, stir in holy basil and remove from the heat. Transfer in serving plate and serve with steamed rice.
