Bavarian Cheese Dip
|120 g||Olden Burger butter|
|120 g||Prestige ripened brie|
|120 g||cream cheese|
|120 g||blue cheese|
|1 tbs||caraway seeds|
|1 tbs||paprika powder salt and pepper to taste|
|2 tbs||chopped spring onion for garnish|
- Place all the cheeses and butter in room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, chop garlic and onion and set aside.
- In food processor, blend together entire ingredients until smooth.
- Sprinkle chopped spring onion and extra paprika powder on top and serve with crackers or pretzels.
