Avocado Kiwi Salsa


4 kiwi, diced
2 avocados, diced
2-3 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp lemon, squeezed
2 red peppers, chopped
½ yellow peppers, diced
¼ cup shallot, chopped


  1. Prepare all ingredients and set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; stir slightly. Remove the seeds before chopping the peppers if you don’t like spicy
  3. Serve with tortilla or grilled fish steak.
