Stir Fried Soft Shell Crab with Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

1 litervegetable oil for deep frying
2Cooking for Fun frozen soft shell crab, thawed
1 cupall purpose flour
1 tbspvegetable oil
½ cupCooking for Fun onion, small diced
½ cupred bell pepper, small diced
1 pkgAsian Home Gourmet black pepper stir fry sauce
¼ cupchicken stock
¼ cupspring onion, chopped

Method

  1. Pad dry thawed Cooking for Fun frozen soft shell crab with paper towel. Dust with flour, deep fry in 180 ํC hot vegetable oil until crispy, drain well and keep warm.
  2. Heat oil in wok and saut spring onion and red bell pepper until fragrant. Pour Asian Home Gourmet black pepper stir fry sauce and chicken stock, toss in fried Cooking for fun soft shell crab until well-coated, sprinkle with chopped spring onion and serve immediately.
