Stir Fried Soft Shell Crab with Black Pepper Sauce
|1 liter||vegetable oil for deep frying|
|2||Cooking for Fun frozen soft shell crab, thawed|
|1 cup||all purpose flour|
|1 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|½ cup||Cooking for Fun onion, small diced|
|½ cup||red bell pepper, small diced|
|1 pkg||Asian Home Gourmet black pepper stir fry sauce|
|¼ cup||chicken stock|
|¼ cup||spring onion, chopped|
- Pad dry thawed Cooking for Fun frozen soft shell crab with paper towel. Dust with flour, deep fry in 180 ํC hot vegetable oil until crispy, drain well and keep warm.
- Heat oil in wok and saut spring onion and red bell pepper until fragrant. Pour Asian Home Gourmet black pepper stir fry sauce and chicken stock, toss in fried Cooking for fun soft shell crab until well-coated, sprinkle with chopped spring onion and serve immediately.
