Grilled Shrimp with Garlic Butter


Garlic butter

100 g salted butter
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp rosemary

Grilled shrimps with garlic butter
14 Cooking for fun white shrimps, peeled and deveined with tails, XL
3 tbspns garlic butter
1 onion, sliced
½ zucchini, sliced
½ carrot, sliced
80 g asparagus, cut
50 g baby corn, halved
Cooking for fun salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat a grilling pan over a high heat. When it is heated, place shrimps to pan-sear. add 2/3 garlic butter on top of the shrimps. Season them with salt and pepper. Be careful not to put too much salt since garlic butter is salted. then grill the shrimps until well cooked. Remove them from the pan. Set aside.
  2. Bring all vegetables to grill. add the rest of garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper when they are cooked.
  3. Transfer grilled vegetables into a serving plate; top with grilled shrimps. Ready to serve.
