Stir – Fried Pork with Kimchi
Ingredients
300 g | sliced pork belly |
2 tbs | vegetable oil |
1 tbs | garlic, minced |
2 stalks | spring onion, chopped into 4 cm. long strips |
1 cup | Kimchi, chopped into bite-size pieces |
1-2 tbs | soy sauce |
1 tbs | toasted white sesame |
1 tbs | Ottogi sesame oil |

Method
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and stir-fry the pork. Then add in garlic and lightly season with soy sauce and black pepper.
- When the pork is cooked, add in Kimchi and green onion. Stir-fry until the ingredients are well combined. Season with more soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil.
- Sprinkle with white sesame and sliced spring onion before serving. Serve with warm rice.
