Stir – Fried Pork with Kimchi


300 g sliced pork belly
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs garlic, minced
2 stalks spring onion, chopped into 4 cm. long strips
1 cup Kimchi, chopped into bite-size pieces
1-2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs toasted white sesame
1 tbs Ottogi sesame oil
Cooking for Fun black pepper
sliced spring onion for garnish


  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and stir-fry the pork. Then add in garlic and lightly season with soy sauce and black pepper.
  2. When the pork is cooked, add in Kimchi and green onion. Stir-fry until the ingredients are well combined. Season with more soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil.
  3. Sprinkle with white sesame and sliced spring onion before serving. Serve with warm rice.
