Stir-Fried Pork with Honey and Ginger


½ tspsesame oil
1 tbstops honey
1 tbstops soy sauce
1 tbsshao hsing wine
1 tbsginger, finely chopped
2 tspoyster sauce
1 tspdark soy sauce
1 tspfive-spice powder
300 gpork loin, thinly sliced
1 tbstapioca flour
2 tbsvegetable oil
80 gonion, diced
1spring onion, cut into 10cm. long
2 tspvinegar
2 tsptops soy sauce
1 tbschicken stock


  1. In mixing bowl, mix together all marinade ingredients and keep in refrigerator for about 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Heat oil in a hot deep frying pan, stir-fry the marinated pork for 30 second then add onion, spring onion, vinegar, soy sauce and chicken stock. Stir fry until the pork is just cooked. transfer on the plate serve.
