Chicken Rice


200 guncooked Cooking for Fun organic hom mali rice
1 pkgPrima Taste chicken rice paste
220 mlwater (you may adjust the amount of water)
1chickenbreast with skin 1 cucumber

2 tbspginger, chopped
2 tbspgarlic, chopped
2 tbspbird eye chili, chopped
1 tbspfermented soybean sauce
1 tbspwater
1 tsplime juice
1 tspsugar
1 tbspdark sweet soy sauce


  1. Wash uncooked rice until water is clear and drain well.
  2. Pour rice, Prima Taste chicken rice paste and water into rice cooker.
  3. While the rice is cooking, boil chicken breast with skin in boiling water with a big pinch of salt until cooked.
  4. Mix all sauce ingredients together.
  5. When the rice is cooked, serve it on the plate. Slice the chicken breast into 0.5 cm thick and put beside the rice. Serve with sliced cucumber and the sauce.
