Beef Bulgogi


500 g.Natural Meat Flank steak, thinly sliced
100 gBulgogi BBQ sauce
2 tbspsesame oil
2 tbspsesame seed
1 butterlettuce
5 clovesMy Choice garlic, sliced
½ cupgochujang
2 tbsprice wine vinegar
2 cupscooked Cooking for Fun HomMali rice


  1. Place the beef in a shallow dish. Marinade the beef with bulgogi in refrigerator for 1 hour. Before cooking add sesame oil and seed. Grill over high heat.
  2. Quickly grill beef on hot pan until slightly charred.
  3. Serve with green leaf lettuce, garlic, gochujang with rice wine vinegar and cooked rice.
