Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients

500 g. Natural Meat Flank steak, thinly sliced
100 g Bulgogi BBQ sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seed
1 butter lettuce
5 cloves My Choice garlic, sliced
½ cup gochujang
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 cups cooked Cooking for Fun HomMali rice

Method

  1. Place the beef in a shallow dish. Marinade the beef with bulgogi in refrigerator for 1 hour. Before cooking add sesame oil and seed. Grill over high heat.
  2. Quickly grill beef on hot pan until slightly charred.
  3. Serve with green leaf lettuce, garlic, gochujang with rice wine vinegar and cooked rice.
