Macaroni cheese

Ingredients

150 gMacaroni
30 gButter
30 gAll purpose flour
1Baby leaf
700 mlMilk
¼ tspGround nutmeg
50 gTrue Organic Gouda Cheese, grated
50 gTrue Organic Cheddar Cheese, grated
50 gTrue Organic Mozzarella Cheese, grated
50 gTrue Organic Edam Cheese, grated

Method

  1. Boil macaroni in salted boiling water by follow direction on the package.
  2. Heat butter in saucepan until melted, stir in flour until well mixed and bubbling. Gradually whisk in milk and stir until sauce is thick and boiling. Stir in half amount of cheese until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Remove from the heat. Combine in cooked macaroni with cheese sauce and put in oven proved dish.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and put under hot broiler until the top is golden brown. Serve immediately.
