Pasta Salad Skewer
|200 g.||Cooking for Fun, Penne Rigate pasta|
|10||Cooking for Fun white shrimps peeled with tails, cooked|
|½||red bell peppers|
|½||yellow bell peppers|
|1 tbs||cherry tomatoes|
- Boil shrimps until they are cooked. Boil Penne as instructed on a package. Set aside.
- Cut red and yellow bell peppers into 1×1 inch. Clean Italian basil and tomato. Set aside
- Put bell peppers, Penne pasta, cooked shrimps, Italian basil and tomatoes on skewers. Add Italian dressing before serving.
