Stir-Fried Tofu with Holy Basil
|1 tsp||vegetable oil|
|1 tbs||chopped garlic|
|2 tsp||chopped bird’s eye chili|
|1 piece||Tops yellow soft tofu|
|½ cup||baby corn, halved|
|½ cup||string bean, cut into 2 inch length|
|½ cup||oyster mushroom, shredded|
|½ cup||vegetable stock|
|1 tbs||oyster sauce|
|1 tbs||Tops soy sauce|
|1 cup||holy basil leaves|
- Heat oil in frying pan, sauté chopped garlic, bird’s eye chili until fragrant.
- Add tofu, baby corn, string bean and oyster mushroom ;stir fry for 2 minutes. Seasoning with oyster sauce, soy sauce and honey. add vegetable stock, stir in holy basil and remove from the heat. Transfer in serving plate and serve with steamed rice.
