Stir – Fried Pork with Kimchi
|300 g||sliced pork belly|
|2 tbs||vegetable oil|
|1 tbs||garlic, minced|
|2 stalks||spring onion, chopped into 4 cm. long strips|
|1 cup||Kimchi, chopped into bite-size pieces|
|1-2 tbs||soy sauce|
|1 tbs||toasted white sesame|
|1 tbs||Ottogi sesame oil|
|Cooking for Fun black pepper|
|sliced spring onion for garnish|
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and stir-fry the pork. Then add in garlic and lightly season with soy sauce and black pepper.
- When the pork is cooked, add in Kimchi and green onion. Stir-fry until the ingredients are well combined. Season with more soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil.
- Sprinkle with white sesame and sliced spring onion before serving. Serve with warm rice.
