Directions
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, cayenne pepper, and chicken butter chili paste; rub over the chicken breasts.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine onion and lime juice. Before serving, fold avocado chunks in the onion mixture; season with salt and pepper. Serve the chicken topped with the avocado salsa.
