Kimchi Pizza (Kimchijeon)


1 pack Ottogi Korean pizza flour
2½ cups Kimchi, chopped
2 onion, sliced
4 stalks spring onion, chopped
1-2 zucchini, thickly sliced
Cooking for Fun salt


  1. Mix the flour with water following the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Add Kimchi, onion, spring onion, and zucchini in the flour batter and mix well. Season with salt.
  3. Grease a non-stick pan and heat the pan over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of the batter into the pan, making sure the vegetables are well scattered. Reduce the heat to low and fry the pizza until both sides are browned.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced spring onion before serving.
