Kimchi Pizza (Kimchijeon)
|1 pack||Ottogi Korean pizza flour|
|2½ cups||Kimchi, chopped|
|4 stalks||spring onion, chopped|
|1-2||zucchini, thickly sliced|
|Cooking for Fun salt|
- Mix the flour with water following the instructions on the packaging.
- Add Kimchi, onion, spring onion, and zucchini in the flour batter and mix well. Season with salt.
- Grease a non-stick pan and heat the pan over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of the batter into the pan, making sure the vegetables are well scattered. Reduce the heat to low and fry the pizza until both sides are browned.
- Sprinkle with sliced spring onion before serving.
