|Waitrose Thousand Island Dressing|
|200 g||mozzarella cheese, shredded|
|200 g||My Choice cheddar cheese, shredded|
|12||sheets spring roll|
|2||eggs, lightly beaten|
- In the middle of spring roll, place mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Lightly brush beaten egg around the edge and tightly roll the spring roll.
- Fry cheese stick in pre-heated oil until crispy and golden. Remove from the oil and place the sticks on kitchen paper.
- Serve immediately with the thousand island sauce.
